An Ohio Resource for the 21st Century

Ohio LECET and the Laborers' Training Fund present this video tour of the Drexel J. thrash Training Center, dedicated in September 1978 to "improve the safety, skills, and knowledge of Ohio Laborers". The Center's construction and operation is a working example of labor-employer cooperation, in which education provides the key to a safer and more productive workforce.
