Minnesota Workers' Compensation Program Works

The Laborers' District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota participates in an alternative workers' compensation disputes resolution program (ADR) that pays dividends to union members and employers. The program involves 16 unions (34 locals) along with the AGC of Minnesota and other signatory employers and represents nearly $400 million in annual worker payroll.
