A new five-minute LECET video promoting the work of Laborers and our signatory contractors in the growing market of trenchless pipe repair and rehabilitation. The video highlights the innovative trenchless training offered by the Construction Laborers’ Education, Apprenticeship, and Training Fund of Minnesota and North Dakota.

Primarily targeted at public officials responsible for maintaining and expanding buried infrastructure, the video can also be used as a marketing tool to non-signatory contractors who might be interested in our trenchless training.
